These Terms govern your use of the KFC website operated by KFC Corporation. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Orders

KFC offers delivery only. Orders are placed as a guest; no account is required. An order is confirmed once payment is completed with our payment partner.

Prices include the current promotion where shown. Delivery is free. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of errors, suspected fraud or unavailability.

Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 20–30 min. Times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather or demand.

Allergens

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KFC Corporation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Disputes and arbitration

Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
